RGS Business proposal Dear Colleagues, Russian Gas Society welcomes you and cheerfully offers to consider our sensible suggestion for future business cooperation in process of sharing experience and information in natural gas field. Key Russian gas producers, gas-transport companies, regional gas-distribution and sales organizations, research institutes, metallurgical, construction, and chemical companies are among the members of the Russian Gas Society (RGS). The RGS members produce more than 97% of Russian gas. The Russian Gas Society is an associated member of the International Gas Union (IGU) and European Gas Industry Union (Eurogas). The RGS representatives partake in IGU work and program committees activities. The Russian Gas Society and Eurogas hold joint conferences and meetings of working teams; communicate information related to economic, legislative and regulatory and legal spheres in the gas industry. Every year we organize forums, conferences and briefings dedicated to questions of current importance for Russian and European natural gas extractive and market industries. Most of this actions and events take part in Russia, but today we enlarge and develop our international activity. Last year we organized a large-scale international forum in Berlin "Energy Dialogue Russian Federation – European Union: Gas Aspects". This forum made it clear that we should pay much more attention to global energy security questions and communications with our colleagues all over the world. In this case we offer you to become acquainted with each other and to start being partners in process of sharing experience and information.
